# WHITE WOLF : Raised by wolves? There's surely no exaggeration here. A young girl abandoned, forced to survive on her own — to become one with the wild. Brought into life with a survival instinct that only a pack of ravenous dogs could teach. But it's always been nature for her. Whether it's in life or in the ring, she simply does what she has to. It's her or them, and she will always choose to survive.

EARLY LIFE : Iri Seon-ji was born in Busan, South Korea, sometime in 1997. She doesn't know anything about her biological family, other than that they abandoned Seon-ji on the Igidae Coastal Trail south-east of Busan shortly after she was born, where she was found by a pack of wolves that took her in, confusing her for a cub.All that Seon-ji was left with was the blanket that she was wrapped in, which was stitched with her given name. Seon-ji spent the early days of her life raised by wolves, in a literal sense. She feasted on plants and other animals, and learned all of her survival instincts from her furry guardians.Though Seon-ji knows nothing of her biological parents, she does believe herself to be biologically part-wolf, considering the fact that she has a tail and other wolf-like features. Though she has no understanding of how any of that is naturally possible for a human. When she was roughly five years old, in 2002, Seon-ji left the den in an attempt to pursue a normal human life in Busan. She was discovered by a woman who was hiking the Igidae Coastal Trail, and she took Seon-ji to the police. From there, Seon-ji was put up for adoption. She had to learn to speak Korean, as she didn't know how to communicate with other humans. It was difficult to adjust to society with how she was, but she eventually got used to the way that other humans lived.Due to being years behind on her cognitive skills, as well as the fact that she was part-wolf and generally a weird kid, Seon-ji was never adopted out of the orphanage. She watched other kids come and go, but she kept living there for her entire childhood. However, Seon-ji did receive a good education in public schooling. She settled into society quite well, despite the obvious inhuman nature of herself. When she reached adulthood and it was time to leave the orphanage, she went out into the world on her own. Adopting "Iri" as a surname, meaning "wolf" — in tribute to those who raised her.Seon-ji got her first job working at a McDonalds in Busan. She didn't love the job, but the low wage pay was more money than she had ever had growing up. It was enough to get a small apartment, where she felt like she could finally be herself. Leaving the place messy and comfortable, like her den growing up.Considering that her needs were different from other humans, she saved a lot of money early on in her career. She was a bit impulsive and after watching popular South Korean streamers online, she decided to use her income to invest in pursuing a similar career. She began streaming under the name "Baekgu", a rather playful word for "wolf". Her content was a mix of video games and the popular provocative dancing of other female streamers. While it took Seon-ji a while to get popular, those who did take interest in her were very intrigued and infatuated by her wolf "persona". She developed a bit of a cult following, giving her the opportunity to quit her job and pursue streaming full-time.
SOUTH KOREAN INDEPENDENT CIRCUIT (2023 - 2025) : As a semi-popular streamer and influencer, Seon-ji was able to attend a handful of conventions and events in Busan and other parts of the country. During one convention in the Fall of 2022, she was approached by a few representatives of a small South Korean pro-wrestling promotion, Pro Wrestling Society, to collaborate in the future. While Seon-ji had never heard of or taken any interesting in pro-wrestling, she agreed to the collaborative effort. It took a while to happen, but she appeared under her Baekgu persona at PWS Korea's The Greatest Shwo Ever event on April 8th, 2023. Despite everything about it being incredibly foreign to her, Seon-ji fell in love with wrestling at first sight. She began to work with the promotion regularly as a ring announcer, while continuing her live streaming efforts on the side. She frequently expressed her interest in getting into the ring for the first time, though it was a little nerve-wracking for a first timer.Late that year, Seon-ji took the leap to begin pro-wrestling training. Though she wouldn't make her in-ring debut until the following year on April 8th, 2024, at PWS Korea's Pro Wrestling Resurgence event. She wrestled as Baekgu, where she was defeated by a more experienced wrestler, but she quickly became a favourite of the crowd, especially with her existing popularity from streaming. She participated in the majority of their shows going forward, leading to PWS Korea building a stronger women's division for her to work more frequently, though she would also wrestle amongst the men sometimes. Only a few months into her career on July 30th, Baekgu picked up her first championship victory in PWS when she captured the semi-prestigious PWS Street Fight Championship contested under 24/7 rules, by defeating Charlie West. She held the title for nine whole days, before losing the title back to West. TOKYO JOSHI PRO-WRESTLING (2025 - PRESENT) : While wrestling in South Korea, Baekgu's unique look and wrestling ability was gaining attention in other countries as well. She was invited by Japanese promotion, Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling, to compete at one of their biggest shows of the year, Tokyo Joshi Pro '25 on January 4th. She teamed alongside Haruna Neko and Mahiro Kiryu in a losing effort to Harumi Imada, Raku and Yuki Aino.Baekgu would remain in Japan for a few weeks, next competing at New Year Circuit 2025 on January 11th, where she teamed alongside Neko and Kiryu once again to defeat the Up Up Girls lineup of Raku, Shino Suzuki and Uta Takami. The following night, she teamed with Kira Summer to defeat Arisu Endo and Shino Suzuki. She proceeded to team up with Summer for the upcoming Futari Wa Princess Max Heart Tournament, though they were eliminated in the opening round by Haru Kazashiro and Toga. She continued to wrestle on the undercard for the remainder of the tournament, including a singles defeat to Miyu Yamashita. Throughout her matches, she frequently competed against the aforementioned Harumi Imada, with whom she developed a natural cat/dog rivalry. Though it would ultimately blossom into a close relationship between the two outside of the ring.Following the tour, Baekgu made the decision to move her life to Japan and continue wrestling for TJPW to gain experience in one of the best wrestling countries in the world. She would also put her streaming career on hiatus for this endeavour.Baekgu wrestled primarily in undercard matches for the following months, picking up a mixed bag of results with mostly defeats. She competed in a Qualifying League for the Tokyo Princess Cup beginning on June 22nd, where she defeated Toga in the opening round, before falling to Haru Kazashiro in the finals.
